The Gods in this case are all Artists — Artists Barbara and I collect. What else are Artists but those who give us a hint of immortality?

Here, they are presented as gods and mythological figures: some of their own choice, some mine. All do or have lived in or near Santa Fe.

Phase II of the Artists We Collect is in the works. It will be a different style. Busts, Roman style on fluted columns, and under a Tuscan arbor. Barbara intends to induce grapes to grow on it.
